Terms of sale

Last updated 14 October 2026

These Terms of sale apply to every purchase of an eSIM data plan on europesim.eu. Please read them before you pay. When you tick the consent box at checkout, you accept the version of these Terms published on the day of your purchase.

1. Who sells the eSIM

EuropeSIM is a brand of LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001233010, NIP 7011306806, REGON 54439709700000, EU VAT ID PL7011306806 (“EuropeSIM”, “we”, “us”) .

You can reach us at contact@europesim.eu .

We sell prepaid eSIM profiles that connect to mobile networks in the European countries each plan lists. The networks are run by mobile carriers in those countries and by the carriers’ roaming partners. None of them is a party to your purchase. We buy the eSIM profiles from an authorised distributor.

2. What you buy

3. Phone compatibility

Before you buy, check that your phone supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. The plan page explains how. An eSIM bought for an incompatible or locked phone is not refunded (see the Refund policy) .

4. Ordering and payment

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content and services that are supplied straight away, this right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right.

At checkout you ask us to deliver the eSIM immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the QR code is shown. After the QR code has been displayed on your order page, you can no longer withdraw under this right. The Refund policy still applies: it gives you a full refund if the eSIM does not work in a country your plan covers and we cannot fix it.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy . In short: a full refund if the eSIM does not work in a country your plan covers and we cannot fix it, or if we do not deliver it; a working eSIM is not refunded, whether or not it has been installed.

8. Using the eSIM

9. Liability

10. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@europesim.eu with the link to your order page, a description of the problem and, if possible, screenshots. We reply within 14 days.

If you are a consumer, you can also get free help from a consumer advice body in your country. In Poland, this is the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) . Information about out-of-court dispute resolution is published by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at uokik.gov.pl .

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy .

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the law or our plans change. Your purchase is governed by the version you accepted at checkout. Each version carries its date at the top of this page.

13. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

14. Language

These Terms are written in English. If we publish them in other languages and the versions differ, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country lets you rely on the version in your language.
