Short answers for the moments that matter on a trip.
Install the eSIM
Add the eSIM to your phone on Wi-Fi before you fly: the QR code, the iPhone and Android paths, and what to do when a code will not scan.
How do I activate an eSIM?
Turn the eSIM line on when you land, choose it for mobile data and keep your home number for calls. What to do when the data does not start.
Switch the data line
Choose the eSIM for mobile data and keep calls and messages on your home line. The setting names differ by phone, and the idea is the same.
eSIM not connecting
Check the eSIM line, the mobile data choice and data roaming, restart the phone and wait ten minutes. Then write to us with your order link.
Refunds and lost QR codes
A full refund if the eSIM is not delivered or cannot be made to work. How to ask, what is not covered, and how to find a lost QR code.
Check your phone first
Find your model in the list of phones with eSIM.
