An EID in the list means the phone has an eSIM chip.
A phone locked to its carrier refuses other networks. Ask the carrier to unlock it.
Some models ship without eSIM in certain markets. The list below shows the main ones.
Not sure? Ask the maker or the shop that sold you the phone before you buy a plan.
Most phones with eSIM hold two lines. Your home SIM keeps your number for calls and texts, and the EuropeSIM eSIM carries your data.
Texts such as bank codes still reach your home line. Your home carrier may charge for texts and calls abroad.
How to switch your data line
If the eSIM cannot be made to work, you get your money back.
Cross borders and keep the same eSIM.
It shows on your order page and by email. No app needed.
