摩纳哥只有一张全国性网络 Monaco Telecom，整个公国都有 4G 和 5G 覆盖。Monaco Telecom 于 2019 年在这里推出 5G。自 2024 年 3 月起，法国 Orange、SFR、Bouygues Telecom 和 Free Mobile 的用户到访公国时使用 Monaco Telecom 网络。摩纳哥不属于欧盟或欧洲经济区，欧盟漫游规则在此不适用。

How fast do I get my Monaco eSIM?

The QR code shows on your order page and by email, seconds after payment. Save it before you leave the page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, a full refund if the eSIM doesn't work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded because you changed your mind. Write to contact@europesim.eu with your order link.

Do I get a 摩纳哥 phone number?

No. Our plans carry data and do not come with a local number. Your home number stays on your phone.

Who sells the eSIM?

EuropeSIM is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. We sell the plans ourselves. We are not a carrier.

Does an eSIM work in Monaco?

Yes, on a phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.

When should I install the eSIM?

Install it while you are on Wi-Fi, so that you can scan the QR code and follow the steps. The plan page says when the days of the plan start.

Which network will I use?

The network shows on each plan before you pay, as soon as the store confirms it. Monaco's national networks are Monaco Telecom.

Do my apps work in Monaco?

Yes. The eSIM gives your phone mobile data, so apps such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Monacobus, Monapass, Clicbus and Citymapper work as they do at home.

Where can I buy an eSIM for Monaco?

Here, online, before you travel. Choose a plan on this page; you do not need to find a shop when you land.

Can I keep my own number?

Yes, on a phone that holds two lines. Your home SIM stays for calls and texts, and the eSIM carries the data. Turn off data roaming on the home line.
