- How fast do I get my Serbia eSIM?
The QR code shows on your order page and by email, seconds after payment. Save it before you leave the page.
- Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if the eSIM doesn't work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded because you changed your mind. Write to contact@europesim.eu with your order link.
- Do I get a 塞尔维亚 phone number?
No. Our plans carry data and do not come with a local number. Your home number stays on your phone.
- Who sells the eSIM?
EuropeSIM is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. We sell the plans ourselves. We are not a carrier.
- Does an eSIM work in Serbia?
Yes, on a phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.
- When should I install the eSIM?
Install it while you are on Wi-Fi, so that you can scan the QR code and follow the steps. The plan page says when the days of the plan start.
- Which network will I use?
The network shows on each plan before you pay, as soon as the store confirms it. Serbia's national networks are mts、Yettel和A1.
- Do my apps work in Serbia?
Yes. The eSIM gives your phone mobile data, so apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Google Maps, CarGo, Bolt and Glovo work as they do at home.
- Where can I buy an eSIM for Serbia?

- Can I keep my own number?
Yes, on a phone that holds two lines. Your home SIM stays for calls and texts, and the eSIM carries the data. Turn off data roaming on the home line.
