- How fast do I get my Andorra eSIM?
The QR code shows on your order page and by email, seconds after payment. Save it before you leave the page.
- Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if the eSIM doesn't work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded because you changed your mind. Write to contact@europesim.eu with your order link.
- Do I get a 安道尔 phone number?
No. Our plans carry data and do not come with a local number. Your home number stays on your phone.
- Who sells the eSIM?
EuropeSIM is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. We sell the plans ourselves. We are not a carrier.
- Does an eSIM work in Andorra?
Yes, on a phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.
- When should I install the eSIM?
Install it while you are on Wi-Fi, so that you can scan the QR code and follow the steps. The plan page says when the days of the plan start.
- Which network will I use?
The network shows on each plan before you pay, as soon as the store confirms it. Andorra's national networks are Andorra Telecom.
- Do my apps work in Andorra?
Yes. The eSIM gives your phone mobile data, so apps such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Komoot and the Andorra Telecom app work as they do at home.
