Copertura in Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Postojna Cave, Piran e the Julian Alps
The QR code shows on your order page and by email, seconds after payment. Save it before you leave the page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if the eSIM doesn't work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded because you changed your mind. Write to contact@europesim.eu with your order link.
Do I get a slovena phone number?
No. Our plans carry data and do not come with a local number. Your home number stays on your phone.
Who sells the eSIM?
EuropeSIM is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. We sell the plans ourselves. We are not a carrier.
Does an eSIM work in Slovenia?
Yes, on a phone that takes an eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. Our plans for Slovenia run 1 to 60 days and also cover 32 more countries.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install it while you are on Wi-Fi, so that you can scan the QR code and follow the steps. The plan page says when the days of the plan start.
Which network will I use?
The network shows on each plan before you pay, as soon as the store confirms it. Slovenia's national networks are Telekom Slovenije, A1 Slovenija, Telemach e T-2.
Do my apps work in Slovenia?
Yes. The eSIM gives your phone mobile data, so apps such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Uber, Bolt, FlixBus and Google Translate work as they do at home.
Where can I buy an eSIM for Slovenia?
Here, online, before you travel. Choose a plan on this page; you do not need to find a shop when you land.
How much does data cost in Slovenia?
Plans start at $3.99 for 1 GB - 5 giorni. For a week, 5 GB - 7 giorni costs $10.49. Unlimited data for a week costs $23.99.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes, on a phone that holds two lines. Your home SIM stays for calls and texts, and the eSIM carries the data. Turn off data roaming on the home line.
What do I do when I land in Slovenia?
Turn on the eSIM line and choose it for mobile data. The activation guide shows each step for your phone.
